Here’s a workout that we bet you haven’t tried yet. DEEP, short for Death Electric Emo Protest Aerobics, is an “absurdist workout form” invented by one Miguel Gutierrez in 2007. It’s a workout; a performance; theater; costume dance party…All rolled into one. Gutierrez has led DEEP all over the world, including opening for the Swedish electronic group The Knife during their Shaking the Habitual tour.
