Kara Griffin’s signature Feel This Burn class is now in NYC! Taught by the amazing Courtney Romano, Feel This Burn is a full-body dynamic toning class that exhausts every muscle group and elevates the heart rate all while moving with the music. Light weight and resistance plus the power of your own body weight fuels this class that melds pilates, bootcamp and dance-based movement. Class is bookended with savasana and mindful breathing.

Have great fun creating beautiful steampunk art out of old small bottles and jars with their caps. All labels and gummy residue should be removed. Bring old pill bottles, small jelly and jam jars, and containers with tops clean and dry)

Rumer Willis pays BUILD a visit as she comes to talk about FOX’s hit series, “Empire,” and her role on the series. Willis stars as former hotshot singer, Tory Ash, a brilliant but volatile singer/songwriter. Her talent becomes invaluable to Jamal as he creates his most important musical work yet. Her unwillingness to shy away from controversy has ripple effects throughout “Empire.”
