Concurrently he has brought the same tools and techniques to the nonprofit sector as board member, acting CFO, and member of executive management (declined\u00a0CEO positions). Hedberg started his insurance career on the brokerage side in 2003 at Hays Companies in the Midwest. He handled management liability lines in addition to professional and privacy (cyber) insurance covers, representing his clients to the marketplace and placing coverage. In 2013 he moved to New York and joined the underwriting side at Hiscox, a global specialty insurance company based in London. He currently manages a large book of new and renewal technology professional and privacy liability insurance for the Northeast region of Hiscox. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He has handled various complex real estate transactions on behalf of prominent owners, developers and companies throughout the United States. Jan\u2019s responsibilities have included the preparation, review and negotiation of leases and related documents for commercial (including office, industrial, warehouse and retail) and residential properties, brokerage agreements, and contracts of sale for the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties.\u00a0Jan is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers\u2019 Association and the American Bar Association.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lawrence I. Drath is a graduate of NYU law school<\/a>. He has been a practicing attorney with an emphasis in real estate, financing, structuring contracts and partnership, entity agreements, the development of business strategies. His client base includes restaurants operators, hotels and entrepreneurs.<\/span><\/p>\n
