They will be preceeded by debaters from The George Washington University, NYU, Columbia, and the Macaulay Honors College at CUNY in pondering the question of whether &#171;An overriding ethical obligation to protect and preserve extraterrestrial microbial life and ecosystems should be incorporated into international law.&#187;<\/p>\n<p>From 12:30pm to 5:00pm this Sunday, November 15th at the 35 West 67th Street&#8217;s Macaulay Honors College.
